Maybe this should go under the terms of endearment board:

Any thought if the company has looked at the turnover rate and training costs of CX Freight pilots and compared it to what an icrease in their salary would save the company.

I heard a rumour that the freight pilots pay was going to increase to within 15% of pax pilot pay on the 1 Jan. I take it this did not occur?

I heard it was to be a raise of less than 5%. Does anybody know?
