Hello from Dunnunda. I only wished to bring the following thread to your attention. Believe you me, what is said in this topic is SO true. During the 1999 Ansett NZ dispute, the pilots' own words were not only used against them, but forums like this and casual conversations with so called management (unofficial and off the record chit chats) were used to gauge peoples' thoughts and effectively used as back door negotiation. In NZ, we witnessed a classic union busting situation. And the pilots, with all due respect to them, blew it!
Mark my word, ANYTHING said here or in casual conversation is noted by the management and WILL be used against you in some very ugly ways.
