Temp bases for SOs in London
It appears that the Second Officers are worried about taking up DR on the possibility of spending 4 to 6 months in London on a freighter basing. Word on the street is that not many have put their hand up.
Anybody know of any that are keen to do it?

The temp bases are there to help the company manage the roster, as it gives them some reserve at the outports(plus more freighter pilots). They're having trouble finding direct F/O's in the first place, so this is the only option they have, to try to maintain the roster. CC does seem to be working.

An SO has two options, prostitute himself for some short term money and go to LON or hold out and say NO!
you can then upgrade sooner to JFO and make the money up!
If the company can not find Direct entry FO's for CXF then they may make the package more attractive! thus benefiting all!
