New Hire Class Frequency

A quick question. I was wondering why start dates at Cathay are offered so far in advance.

Is it because new hire classes are not run often, or is because right now classes are frequent but they are also being filled for a long while?

Any insight into this matter would be greatly appreciated.

thank you

Thanks for the insight, Silberfuchs.

Do you also happen to know how often classes are started for new hires? Are they once a month, twice a month, maybe every other month?

You mentioned the training plan in November. Do you know how many new pilots will be starting in 2005 and will they be training them all year round?

Thanks again for the info.

Thanks FK. Do you happen to know how many in each class, approximately, and are they mostly FOs or SOs.

Take care.
