Port Moresby may have been longer than 15 years ago as I think it was done with the 707. May be wrong.
As to Stockholm..again could be wrong but think it was only on line for less than 6 months in the early 90's.

MAN is online! Or don't freighters count?
In the last 15 years or so - IST/ZRH/STO/LGW/BKI/SHA/DHA/ORY/KHH. CMB and KHI have been suspended for security for periods. ORY and LGW just a switch of airports to CDG/LHR
SPK dropped, but then restarted, ditto PEK
STO - April 95 to Jun 96 via FRA.

Altyre
DC3 including a DC2.5 in the early days.
DC4 (one shot down near Hainan and replaced)
DC6 & 6B (one of each)
L188 Electra (two)
First pure jet was the Convair 880. One ended up in HK Harbour after losing nose gear tread and control on takeoff. One blown up over South Vietnam by a Thai Airport security guard to claim insurance on his de-facto wife and daughter. First A/C came from the factory while the rest came from various places including CAT of Taiwanm, Viasa of Venezuela and JAL. Think there was about 8 in total including the two that were lost.
707's all from Northwest. About a dozen in total.

Naha in Okinawa has also been dropped. The inaugural flight via Taipei took place on Oct 2, 1967; VR-HFZ CV880 crewed by Capt. Norm Marsh, Simon Creasy and yours truly. Regrettably VR-HFZ was the aircraft blown out of the sky over Pleiku on June 15, 1972 with the loss of 84 lives.
