Anybody attended CX Staff briefing?
Am I being naive or is there any good news for us from the CX end of yr staff briefing?
There's me thinking we might get the rest of the 13th month or some minor profit sharing......"always wanting....and never getting!"
All I've found so far is that we can expect more cuts in the yrs to come.Yippee.
