Base training and ZFTT requirements

I tried looking in EU FCL and I quickly got lost in it:ouch:
What are the requirements for either ZFTT and reduced base training (4 TOs and LDGs)?

Use the "Easy Access Rule" edition.
Inside the FCL file search (ctrl+f) for ZFTT.

It is the first hit.
