Base training and ZFTT requirements

I tried looking in EU FCL and I quickly got lost in it

What are the requirements for either ZFTT and reduced base training (4 TOs and LDGs)?

Use the "Easy Access Rule" edition.
Inside the FCL file search (ctrl+f) for ZFTT.

It is the first hit.
