Do yourself a favour read and be warned!
All public domain information and would have been useful before people lost money and time with this fantasist, cheat, liar, manipulator and joker! "CLOUD NINE: Insolvency Service Serves Seven-year Ban on Director ---------------------------------------------------------------- A director of two recruitment agency businesses that failed with total debts estimated at around GBP270,000 has given an Undertaking not to hold directorships or take any part in company management for seven years. The Undertaking by Shaun Michael Wilkinson of Bentley Square, Oulton, Leeds, was given in respect of his conduct as a director of Cloud Nine Industrial Recruitment Limited and Cloud Nine Charters Limited, which both carried out business from premises at Waverley House, 14 Woodhouse Square, Leeds, LS31 1AQ. Acceptance of the Undertaking on December 7, 2004 prevents Shaun Michael Wilkinson from being a director of a company or, in any way, whether directly or indirectly, being concerned in or taking part in the promotion, formation or management of a company for the above period. Industrial was placed into voluntary liquidation on July 30, 2001 with estimated debts of GBP195,837 owed to its creditors. Charters was placed into voluntary liquidation on August 14, 2002 with estimated debts of GBP74,933 owed to its creditors. The Insolvency Service, on behalf of the Secretary of State for Trade & Industry, has responsibility (under Section (6) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986) for the investigation of the conduct of directors of failed companies and for the disqualification of those who are considered to be unfit to be involved in the management of companies in the future." Matters of unfit conduct, not disputed by Shaun Michael Wilkinson solely for the purpose of the undertaking, were that he: (a) Caused Industrial to trade in breach of its statutory obligations to both the Inland Revenue and HM Customs and Excise; (b) Caused Charters to fail to deal with its VAT and PAYE/NIC obligations and to trade from November 1, 2001 in respect of VAT and at the very latest from February 19, 2002 in respect of PAYE/NIC, to the detriment and at the risk of HM Customs and Excise and of the Inland Revenue; (c) Failed, as required by the administrative receiver, to lodge a sworn statement of affairs for Charters as at August 14, 2002 or to submit a completed director's questionnaire, thereby hampering the administrative receivers in the exercise of their statutory duties; and (d) Caused Charters to continue substantially the same business as that of Industrial, which went into liquidation on July 30, 2001, without providing any additional capital and consequently without reasonable grounds to expect that Charters could succeed where Industrial failed. re re
Well that's not quite what i expected ! May give it a miss then. If all this is true how the hell have they started up again ??
|
re Shaun Wilkinson
Can anybody PM me his latest address and mobile ? Last one i knew was in Leeds.
|
I don't know how he keeps being allowed to start up again, but unsurprisingly I've heard today that he's had the bailiffs in and their aircraft impounded. When will people learn not to do business with him. I hire the Slingsby from Durham Tees Flight Training, see if they need instructors. They've a lot of aircraft at Teesside and also now own the flying school at Newcastle. Good luck.

Cloud Nine Aviation should really be Cloud Cuckoo Aviation......
|
I've also heard, he's disappeared owing people money.

Wilkinson and flybpl
Unless there happens to be a connection I'm unaware of, the travesty that is flybpl is owned by Robert Murgatroyd. Another string of failure follows this chap, perhaps they're related?

teesside flight training
was around the airfield today, seems like teesside flight training are back in their building as there were cars outside, any more info?
|
They may be back in their building, but they don't have any aircraft that they can fly.
