Flying Instructors & Examiners A place for instructors to communicate with one another because some of them get a bit tired of the attitude that instructing is the lowest form of aviation, as seems to prevail on some of the other forums!

Hey!

I guess this should really be in the 'Questions' forum, but hey, it's really for the CFIs

Two questions really; first one: I have heard about the average Flying Instructor salaries in the UK, but never really had any hard proof about it... could any of you (if it isn't too personal!) please let me know a few of your annual wages, because I would really like to work out a good idea; something to add to my aviation plan If you don't want to post yours, then could you please just give a rough average you would earn as a CFI at an aerodrome such as Sywell (should have heard of it).

Also, does anyone visit Sywell (coming back to the title of the topic ) at all? I won't go into great detail, but if you do visit there often, you never know, you may see me around

Anyway, getting late here, so night to you all
