Employment Opportunities as an Instructor???

I am looking to start my FI(R) in November on a full time basis so aim to finish by mid December. As a very rough guide...

How much work is out there at present?

Are any schools offering employment after qualification?

I realise this would very much depend on own performance during training but trying to get a feel for the industry at the moment. At present I have a CPL/IR and 370 hours total.

Cheers...

seagull,

obviously you are going to qualify at the worst time of year:schools are usually down to a few retainers and the casual part timers to stay in the black over this period

come jan onwards i think you are in with a shout: I would get in the car and go see some peopleersonally i hate cold calling but i think it works best.
