Question An ATCO instructing?!!

Anyone know of an ATCO instructing?

I understand there’s no BCPL now, as that is what I was initially aiming at!

I’ve got a few hundred hours P1. Is there another way than a full-blown course to get the min requirement for instructing (and what is the min requirement now), as I don’t want to go any further with the flying, because I like the controlling!
Thanks
