seeking information on FIC,

hi all,
i have an jar compliant licence, 250hrs tt.,i am lookin for a good school in which to do a FIC course, can anyone recomend a good school.What does the pre-entry test involve,what should i expect?.will i have any trouble operating on an irish issued jar licence in the uk?and what about the chance of getting any kind of work after it, or is it best to not ask!!!!
