90 day rule
Can someone please tell me if the three take and landings in 90 days must be solo P1, or if the three T & G's with an instructor , with the PPL holder " as sole manipulator of the controls" count, so i can take passengers again.
Many Thanks.

Before you carry passengers you must have completed 3 take off and landings in the same class within the last 90 days. These can be solo (sole occupant) or with a person qualified as either a CRI or FI in that class.
Unless the “nominated person” to do a “check out” in any syndicate is a CRI/FI then they’re a passenger....

There is one further case:
This applies only to licences listed in Schedule 8 of the ANO
Exception to the recent experience condition
2.—(1) In this Part, a reference to the “recent experience exception” in the privileges for
aeroplane and helicopter private pilot’s licences is to the condition set out in this paragraph.
(2) The condition is that—
(a) the intended flight will carry a single passenger who is also qualified to act as pilot in
command on that flight; and
(b) the holder of the licence has informed the intended passenger that the holder does not
meet the recent experience condition.
