There is no requirement for an ATO to do FI renewals and ATOs are not approved for renewals only FICourse. You need a FIE thats all.

The fact remains that, except in the case of the seminar, there is no requirement for a specific approval for refresher training prior to FI renewal, which is implicit in the approval of an FI course. The OP will not, therefore, find any ATO that holds approval for renewals.
