Flying Instructors & Examiners A place for instructors to communicate with one another because some of them get a bit tired of the attitude that instructing is the lowest form of aviation, as seems to prevail on some of the other forums!

Training Records Management

Hi,

Does anyone have any feedback / recommendations on training records software for a small airline - ca. 70 employees. Looking to host training records in the cloud with forms on the iPad that automagically upload. Also host Certificate uploads etc.

Emphasis on simplicity and ease of use. Non EU / FAA so customisable is preferred.

Thanks in advance. Pls PM if you don't want to air it publicly.

'Airplane Manager' might work for you. It's been years since I looked at it, but I think I recall it had a training & checking module/function.

Centrik from Totalaoc is a popular one. It does everything you’re asking and is very user friendly. No idea of the price, I’ve only ever been a user.

Two I've heard of, but know nothing about:

I had to google 'airline crew training software' to find them.

Thanks. There are a few out there. I’m trialling a couple but always good to have recommendations. There are quite a few out there and anyone can make a glossy GUI with poor support...
