Question Requirement for operation of aircraft on wheels and floats

Hi,
Would like to know whether there are any requirements by EASA on operation of same aircraft type on wheels and on floats by the same Aircrew on the same flight duty period (such as a twin otter DHC-6-300 on floats operated earlier during the day and the same aircraft with wheel config operated later during the same day).
We have checked the regulations which mentioned about "ORO.FC.240 Operation of more than one type or variant", however, we note the issue we are talking about is not a variant but a config change which brings about operational changes for the Flight Crew.
