Flying Instructors & Examiners A place for instructors to communicate with one another because some of them get a bit tired of the attitude that instructing is the lowest form of aviation, as seems to prevail on some of the other forums!

Question for Etihad Check Airmen re: Takeoff Briefin and CRM tenets

Used to fly for Etihad and was extremely impressed by the professionalism of all the pilots. Can someone please refresh my memory on the following: Takeoff Briefing -- the part above 100 kts but below V1 -- "we will reject for any red warning, any engine or flight control caution, loss of directional control, or any indication the aircraft will not fly safely?" Is this correct? Also, the CRM tenets -- Reduce workload, buy time, change the mission? Were these the three key steps? Thank you for any assistance you can offer!
