FI hours and Glider Instruction
I am wondering if you can log Gliding instruction hours with the JAR/FCL required 100 hours in 3 years.
I am a FI(A) and a RFI(G)= recreational flight instructor gliders(this is a Dutch invention )
As a commercial pilot who loves general aviation, gliding and especially the instruction part, it is very difficult to give 100 hours instruction in 3 years. And I don't want to do an expensive profcheck...
Anyone???

Your FI rating gives you no privileges in respect of instruction conducted in a glider. The hours flown in a glider are not valid in any respect towards your SEP rating. It is therefore reasonable to deduce that instruction given in a glider will have no validity whatsoever towards revalidating a JAA FI rating.
If however you are instructing on motor gliders, and have a TMG rating in your licence, the hours should be creditable.
