Flying Instructors & Examiners A place for instructors to communicate with one another because some of them get a bit tired of the attitude that instructing is the lowest form of aviation, as seems to prevail on some of the other forums!

What's going on at Coventry?

Airways Aviation (formerly AFT), Coventry, recently lost their Deputy CTKI and now they are advertising for a new CTKI!

They seem to have quite a turn around of Staff in recent times, Head of Training was replaced at the beginning of the year, 3 CTKI's in just over 12 months, a few (3 or more) TKI's have departed in the past 12 months as well as a few other Staff including the CFI earlier this year.

Company changed hands in the Autumn last year, are they having a clear out? Must be disruptive for the students.
