EASA Consolidated Aircrew Regulation

People may be interested to know that EASA has just issued a consolidated version of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011 (the Aircrew Regulation) up to and including the latest amendment (2015/445). Note that this is the Regulation only and does not include GM/AMC.

It can be down loaded from here as a .zip file which also includes a quick guide (their term, not mine) to FCL.

Wow that's great - don't suppose there is an equivalent amended version for air ops regulation, all I can find on the EASA site are the original regulations

EASA have produced a "sort of" consolidated version which can be found here.

Whilst all the current amendments to Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 have been incorporated (with the exception of 2015/640), you will see when you open the .zip file, that the Cover Regulation and all the Annexes are separate PDF documents. What you could do is download all the files (9 off) and, using a website application such as PDFMerge!, you can merge all the files (make sure you upload them in the correct order!) to form one document.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for that, not as good as the aircrew one but at least you don't have to try and go into each amendment and see what applies. How did you get these links, as going into the main EASA site just seems to give the original legal documents? I'm running a TRE seminar on Wednesday so you are making things much easier for me!

Going to the Regulations page of the EASA website shows the regulations and AMC/GM grouped by functional area. Clicking on the area you want e.g Aircrew, opens up the Regulation and its amendments. At the bottom of the list, you will find the Consolidated Regulation (where one exists).

If you wish to PM me with your email address, I might be able to help you with some handouts relating to this stuff.
