EASA LAPL instructor at RF

Recently we have had a member qualify (elsewhere) for his EASA LAPL FI.

We are a Registered Facility (i.e. not ATO) and am wanting to know if he can teach for the LAPL with us.

Thanks for any help.

Not unless you are an ATO approved to conduct training for the LAPL. There is a change due 08th April 2015 which will allow existing RFs to conduct training for the LAPL. See IN2014-188:
