What's a good book for a returning instructor?

Hello, all, this is my first post here.

My brother, who was a USN flight instructor in the 1970s (A-4s, T-2s, T-28s, etc.) is thinking about getting back into flight instruction upon retirement.

His birthday is coming up, and I want to encourage him to pursue that dream, as he really LOVED flying but gave it up when he got married and had a family, so I am looking for a good book to give him for his birthday to get him motivated to get back in to flying in general, and flying instruction specifically.

When I've asked him for good books for me to read as a non-flier considering learning to fly, he always recommended "Stick and Rudder" – and I think I got him another copy of that a few years ago – but now I'm looking for a good book he'll enjoy reading that might help him pursue his idea of going back to flight instruction.

Can anyone recommend any good books like this?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions, and happy holidays, everyone!

Off the top of my head: Howard Fried "Beyond the checkride" and/or "Flight discipline" or "Beyond airmanship" by Tony Kern.
