Angel Conversion from ICAO CPL/IR to FAA

Hello everyone. Hope all's well with you folks. I currently hold a ICAO CPL/IR license with a FI rating and I intend to apply for a FAA conversion. I visited the FAA website and was surprised to see that they fail to mention any overseas offices (in places like Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia) where I can appear in the FAA exam and apply for a check ride. The visa process for the US can be quite tedious hence I was wondering if there were other places I could go to for my exam and FAA check ride perhaps?

Thanks in advance
