FI Requirements in last 3 years

Hi, could anyone tell me what the requirements are in the last 3 years of your FI prior to the renewal test?

I know it is 50hrs in past 3 years....

Any 2 out of 3

50 hours in the 3 years
Assessment of Competence in the last year
Seminar any time in the 3 years

Every other revalidation must include an Assessment of Competence.
If you teach for the IR you must have 10 hours IR instruction in the last year or revalidate by test.
