FI rating - Super quick?
Evening,
Can anyone tell me where I might get an FI course to start super quickly? Preferably in the south of England.
I have made many calls but places seem scarce, hopefully I have over looked somewhere....
Any suggestions or contacts very welcome.
Thanks,
Nishko.

Can't help you with the south of England.
Just one question.
Would YOU fly with an instructor who got his/her rating super quick?
Here in Australia, I usually spend 8 weeks on it with 2 trainees. At the end of it you feel like you hat a frontal lobotomy.
50 hours of flying, around a 100 in the classroom and countless hours researching. You should not just 'regurgitate' some one else's briefing. You should be 'selling' YOUR briefing to your student. That takes time. Go slowly and you live longer and enjoy it more.

I mean....
Thanks for your response, but you have misunderstood. What I mean by super quick is a course that can start quickly, as all the schools I have spoken to are booked up until mid July, with the exception of one.
As for course requirements, in the UK = 30 hours flying and 125 theory - about 5 weeks worth if the WX behaves, and I am sure that when the exam is passed I will be of a worthy standard.
