CAP804 and NPPL/PPL conversion

I have spent hours reading CAP804 and I’m confused regarding the requirements to convert from either an NPPL Micro or NPPL SSEA to a EASA LAPL/PPL. I know at the moment its approx. 3-5 hours training in a Group A aeroplane, PPL skills test and some exams.

I understand the NPPL it will not be valid to fly EASA aeroplanes beyond 7th April 2015.

1. What is the deadline for converting an NPPL to a PPL under the old rules?
2. What is the process for conversion beyond this date?

Many thanks for any help
