Aiircraft Insurance

This question relates to flight training on a UK registered aircraft.

What is the present situation in regarding the legal requirement regarding insurance of a light aircraft for the purposes of flight training in relation to:


(a) Airframe

(b) Third parties

(c) Passengers

(d) Operating crew (instructor as P1, student PUT or P1(solo student)

Try looking up EU Regulation 785/2004, this must be stated on all aircraft insurance certificates.
