UK to EASA Licence Conversion

I have just converted my UK licence to an EASA licence. My old licence had an FRTOL as a separate page but it now seems to have "disappeared". As an instructor I really should know the answer to where it is but ...... Can anyone out there help please?

I think its now on Page 3 of 16, XII and XIII.
