Flying Instructors & Examiners A place for instructors to communicate with one another because some of them get a bit tired of the attitude that instructing is the lowest form of aviation, as seems to prevail on some of the other forums!

Flight instructor age limit per country

In the US and EASA countries there is no age limit for flight instructors as long as one can produce a valid 2nd class medical. I found however, that in Indonesia, despite a great shortage of flight instructors, one can instruct only till 60 years of age.

How is it in other countries in Asia and the Middle East?
