Differences Training

For PPL differences training of VP props and retractable u/c is it still a sticker in the log book on satisfactory completion or have the CAA devised an EASA compliant form. I have been searching the list of forms with no success.

You don't actually need the sticker, all that is required is the signature in the logbook of the instructor providing the training. The sticker is simply a convenient and tidy way to certify the training.
