Just a little help in deciding should i do Instructor rating??

If YOU don't know the answer 100%, then the answer is NO.
You will have to provide a LOT of dedication for LITTLE financial reward. If you like your students ear to ear grin when they pass a certain milestone, AND you can feed your family from other means, then go for it.
