Flying Instructors & Examiners A place for instructors to communicate with one another because some of them get a bit tired of the attitude that instructing is the lowest form of aviation, as seems to prevail on some of the other forums!

Lightbulb Update

Link from thread.

I know whom have applied. Those applicants reading post should know yourself.

Tips:
1) If you think of after finishing bond and work for own parental airline. Frankly speaking, it may not going to work. The boss of the airline just removed South Koreans (attitude problem). By end of December 2011, F.O. (Italian, Spainese, Indian & etc.) of the airline will have to kiss good-bye.

2) Do not think of after converting the licence, break bond and join other airline.

3) There is no entertainment of where you stay. No beer. No women.

4) Asian has different culture from the west. Respect people who are juniors or less flight experience.

5) Seniority is important! Just like SIA/JAL/MAS airline culture. E.g. If you have 1000hours (recently joined) and a staff (may be younger/older than you) working in the company for 2 years, show respect.

I have been clocking crazy flying hours in this school.

But low pay!
