EMB145/Legacy TR Renewal TRE

Gday Guys,

I fly for a EU airline, and our fleet of e145s has been retired. Anyone out there know of a freelance JAA TRE on the E145 willing to do a SIM to renew the TR?

I'm not being rotten, but why do you want to have this aircraft "current" on your licence? You'll have to train with any new employer and I can't see them not renewing your Type Rating, so I'd save the money just let it lapse. It will also be waste of money if you never fly that type again. Or am I missing something?
