Flying Instructors & Examiners A place for instructors to communicate with one another because some of them get a bit tired of the attitude that instructing is the lowest form of aviation, as seems to prevail on some of the other forums!

International Association of Flight and Ground Instructors

Does anyone know if there is an international association or society of professional aviation instructors ? Regards

Try the Society of Aviation and Flight Educators [SAFE].

SAFE ? We're all about our members!

Whilst it is primarily US-based, they do cater for international members.

There was an organisation in the UK 10 years ago run by the forner CAA Chief FE but it faded away. There is however an organisation at Shoreham called the Professional Flying Instructor Association
