Flying Instructors & Examiners A place for instructors to communicate with one another because some of them get a bit tired of the attitude that instructing is the lowest form of aviation, as seems to prevail on some of the other forums!

Instrument Flight Rules 32 - 37

Pooley's excellent Vol. 2 of the Air Pilot's Manual, 9th edition, 2010, has a large section on Aviation Law and includes chapters on VFR (Rules 25 - 29) and IFR (Rules 32 - 37, though 36 is absent). One slight criticism of the book is that references are elusive and no trace (so far) of a bibliography.

I've hit the web, and the UK AIP but can't find references to these 'Rules'. Could anyone help me out?

CAP 393 Section 2 Fundamental knowledge for a student pilot. There used to be an exam on it called Air Law.
