FI Revalidation- 1st time

Hi,
Just a quick question on revalidating my FI rating for the first time.
I remember its two out of three and the first must be a prof-check.
Whats the hours required in the 3 years/last 12 months? Or does it have to be a seminar?

Thanks
PT

LASORS Section A page 3
JAR-FCL Long Term Exemption No. 79 adopted by the JAR-FCL Licensing Sectorial Team at its 20th meeting.
50 hours over the 3 year validity of which 15 are in the last 12 months.

Obviously LASORS are for you British only. Original JAR-FCL 1 requirements as of 2006 were 100 hrs and 30 hrs respectively, so these numbers have been halved after adoption of the Long Term Exemption. But when I serch for "Long Term Exemption No. 79", hits are eithers LASORS or the UK CAA.

Where is the original Long Term Exemption document? And was it really only adopted in the UK? Thanks. /huv
