SEP renewal

Dear Gentleman,
may I reffer to an OR for my SEP renewal or it is mandatory to proced to an FTO?

Do you mean Renewal or Revalidation? A Renewal implies that it has expired and requires a test to renew it. That only requires an Examiner.

If its a Revalidation i.e the rating is currently valid, then again you only need an Examiner to sign it if you have the relevant experience, or to conduct a profficiency check if you don't.
