FI Pre-requisite FLight requirements

Hi all.

Appologies if this is the wrong forum as the question is relating to FI(H).

Looking at Lasors H1.8 Pre-reqs.

b. Completed at least 250 hours of flight time of which
at least 100 hours shall be as Pilot-in-Command if
holding a ATPL(H) or CPL(H) or 200 hours as Pilotin-
Command if holding a PPL(H);

Does that flight time include my 100 hours FW ?

Other areas in Lasors specify 'of which 50 hours helicopter P1'

But not the above section.

Many thanks for your help in advance.

Mike

From JAR-FCL 2.005(a)(2)(ii) -
Whenever experience requirements mention flight time, this means flight time in helicopters, unless specified otherwise.
If it doesn't say aeroplane, it means helicopter
