SPA IR

Hi all

I will be starting a type rating in early February. I plan on keeping my SEP current and I am just wondering when I do my licence skills test on the 737 can this also revalidate my SPA IR? I have checked LASORS and read that if in the last 12 months if I have done 3 IFR departures and approaches in a SP aircraft that my LST will cover this. As I have an Irish CPL/IR will this be acceptable to them also?
