List of FTOs offering FI courses?

I'm trying to find a list of FTOs that offer the FI (r) course, I think there is a CAA document, but after a couple of hours searching the CAA website, I'm none the wiser!
Does anybody have any information, (or a link), detailing where this information is held?

That would be Standards Document 31. Latest version is 94.
