PPL in Aircraft with MTOW 600kg

Apologies if this is a bone question but can you do a PPL(A) in an aircraft with a MTOW of 600kg?

Would any restriction be placed on a PPL(A) conducted on such aircraft?

I don't seem able to find one in JAR FCL 1 - is there a minimum weight limit specified under JARs?

The 600kg JAR VLA limit is a certification category, not a licence category.
The aircraft are SEP category as far as class rating requirements are concerned.

Pretty sure it isn't an issue. Obviously if a plane classes as a microlight, e.g. Ikarus C42 then you could only train for a NPPL (M) in it. Although they do a Group A version, I'm not sure it would be equipped to train the whole PPL syllabus, e.g. have a VOR fitted.
