European Flight Training do it. If you go there, let me know how you get on. Ormond Beach are also on the CAA list of approved schools for the FIC, although I couldn't find any info on their website.
I hope it goes well.

Thanks for your reply ewsd02,
That's the reason I'm asking on this forum, you're right, most websites don't give info on the FI courses.
Re EFT, I knew they do flight instructor courses but I'm not keen on going there again, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service they gave me on the CPL and so were the only two other students on the FI course.
I've also done a search on the CAA's website too. Anymore help/ suggestions/ advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

FIC
Do you really need to go to USA? There are plenty of good places in the UK - you will also gain much more experience with UK airpsace and RTF procedures. I have seen FIs trained both UK & USA. I can quite understand the possible price advantage, but look also at the long term.
Good luck

Skycaptain,
I'm not sure whether you'll be instructing in the UK or not once your done but if you are I would recommend doing the FIC in the UK.
I've just started my FIC in the UK, having also considered going to the US to do it, and I'm pretty sure now that I made the right choice to do it in the UK.
If you learn here then it'll be alot easier to instruct in the US then vice versa.
If you do decide to go to the UK then OBA do have a very good instructor in the form of Bill Orpinuk, who probably does the CFI instructing.
