Flying Instructors & Examiners A place for instructors to communicate with one another because some of them get a bit tired of the attitude that instructing is the lowest form of aviation, as seems to prevail on some of the other forums!

Where are they now?

Where are they now?

Anybody know Ian Skinner (was an instructor at welshpool), just wondered where he had got to in his career, sent me solo in 2001 then moved on to bigger things.

Purely out of curiousity, he doesn't owe me any money hehe. PM me if you know.

The name's familiar. If it's the same person who did some instructing at Ravenair!

I saw him 3 yrs ago when I was doing my AQC course at CTC.

He was doing a 737 3/4/5 and upwards rating there, I am pretty sure it was for Thomsonfly.

I assume he will still be there.

I wait to be corrected.

FIS.

Have you tried the "where are they now" forum? Might get some more answers there.
