JAA TRE's in Canada or USA ?

Could someone please tell me where/if JAA qualified instructors/TRE's, for the 737, may be found in Canada/USA, and if so, at which academy/flight school/simulator center.
The type rating in question is the 737cl, but the 737NG would also do.
The reason for this line regards the need for a an ATP licencen renewal, so a full JAA type course isn't required.
