South east instructors T&C's
Just being nosey and looking at potential future employers. If any FI's who work (or have done recently) for the likes of Stapleford, Southend Flying Club, Willow, Andrewsfield etc. If you didn't mind, could you pm me their pay structure for a full time FI.

Dont know if your looking as far afield as Elstree but worked there 2004-2006 at Cabairs LSF.
Wage was 20/hr ppl.
10/hr solo sign-off.
25/hr night/IMC.
30/hr Multi.
No retainer.
Cant imagine its changed much but u never know
