Instructor Pay

hey, just wondering what on average an instructor gets paid. I'm planning on taking a £20k loan after PPL + Hours build to finish training (without IR) and would like to know if it would be possible to pay back that loan on the pay i would get roughly. I will be looking at paying £350 per month back on the loan.
