Getting a flight instructor job in Canada

Hi everybody!!!

is it hard to get a flight instrcutor job in canada? am a foreigner and wish to train in canada first quarter next year, but after that i want to secure a job as pilot instructor to start building hours.

can you kindly advice me please..... thank you all...
