NPPL Revalidation: Any News?

One for BEagle I guess, but is there any news on the proposed amendment to the ANO which will alter the revalidation regime?

I sent an e-mail to the CAA asking that very question on 27 Feb, again on 13 Mar and yet again on 31 Mar.

I'm still waiting for a reply......
