Information on CPL(H) course

My computer is running too slow to access Lasors today, so can any of you guys please help me with the following:

Looking to do my CPL(h) and night rating in the next 2 months, I have access to a friends helicopter that I can use to cut down on costs (typical Scotsman!) however, the heli does not have any radio nav kit installed.

Do you need to have rnav kit for the course? I am assuming it will be a 'yes' for the night rating and cpl skills test. Grateful for any information.

Many thanks
